Oftentimes we have big ideas without considering the small details. Measure twice, cut once. Be patient. 

It’s not always about who makes the biggest splash. Customers want to feel valued, heard and cared for. Be the brand, be the business, be the leader who provides this. Whether you’re in sales, a partner at a firm, an HR manager or a new hire, if you understand your audience, make them feel like they matter- you will get much farther ahead - you’ll be so much more effective.
