I offer 1:1, partner and team coaching. All models are followed up with 1:1 coaching to ensure you feel heard, supported and prepared. Beyond our sessions, I provide tools and strategies to supplement your learning, articles and videos to further your understanding and personalized challenges that support your objectives.

I design material that works for your people: effective leadership, defining boundaries, harnassing your entre and intra-preneurs, management transition and identifying and working through your values. I also have accredited CPD presentations for law firms working through such topics as Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Time Management & Productivity.

Personal Training & Nutrition
Sweating it out is a natural stress buster but when it comes to changing your body, nutrition plays the lead role (80/20). If you are struggling to lose weight, put on muscle or feel good in your clothes, it's time to take a look at your eating, movement, sleep and water intake. Together, we will develop a plan that works for you as you re-define your relationship with food and exercise. The goal is not for you to be hangry, light headed or foggy but rather to feel energized, strong and healthy.
