Who are those people for you? What did you notice about your connections?

The numbers don’t really matter. This is a real quality over quantity issue. Because even when we are surrounded by a hundred friends, we can still feel lonely. Yet when we have one who sees us, hears us- we feel fully supported and surrounded.

This month, take some time to carve out space for that person, or for finding that person. See what changes. Notice if you feel drained or energized. Observe if you feel challenged or stifled.
