Thoughts are fascinating. Some are sticky, some slip right passed us. What is the last thought you had today that has stayed with you? Take a minute and think about it. Was it a positive thought? Was it a negative one?

The article I originally wrote with this video was a stream of consciousness about the effort required to make change. And how when in front of us, effort is hard. Everything about it feels big and overwhelming. Yet if we take 3 minutes to break it down into bite sized pieces, it doesn’t seem so big anymore. In fact, basically anything can be accomplished.
Full circle. Often the most important things we do are the smallest ones. Those are the moments that make us most happy for the longest period of time. Small bite sized decisions we made.
