Consistency.
Tried, tested and true
Whether in business, in health or fitness, consistency is the one measurable factor that leads to all success.
No legitimate success resulted from a hope and a dream. Real work is required no matter which way you look at it. Note real work doesn’t mean hard work, just that there is work required.
So how do we do this?
Begin by identifying the low hanging fruit:
Business: a do list, prioritizing your work, minimize distractions, schedule
Health: drink an extra glass of water, no snacking after dinner
Fitness: go for a walk, do a 5 min workout, daily challenge
Select one that feels manageable, repeatable and frankly easy. Each one of these counts as a win. How many wins can you collect? How many of the same win can you gather in a week, month, quarter, year?
Remember: big success comes from repeated small wins.
The consistency of these small wins are at the core of any big reward.
