More why’s
I just heard a great example from Simon Sinek. He said something along the lines of: people will ask how do i get in shape? the answer is clear: workout 5 days a week for 20 minutes. Eat healthy. Drink water. Sleep well. Connect with people around you. This is a guaranteed method to getting shape mentally, physically and emotionally.
How long does it take? Not sure. But- it’s 100% accurate.
We have this information. We understand the HOW TO. AND YET!! We still don’t do it. We resist, we find excuses.
This is a beautiful example of why the WHY plays such a valuable role.
